I think it depends on the form you get. For me, wayyyy too easy compared to the real thing. 15% of my exam felt like Free 120, 35% felt like NBMEs, 25% felt like Uworld, the remaining felt foreign. Again, absolutely depends on the form you get because I've had friends that thought it was straight forward and relatively "easy".
