It’s got the GTE crank and rods, but higher compression pistons. They around 700hp is the limit of the stock 1jz gte motor before stronger rods and pistons but not sure about the crank specifically. Edit: engine type. Stock IS300 GE CAN NOT handle anywhere close to 700, you’ll bend a rod anywhere around 350/400ft-lbs.

Major things to get started are having a car and finding the engine/trans. Best case, you can pull the engine/trans/wiring harness and even capture the original fuse box (not critical).
